Swifty is named after the Swiftburn stream that flows through Royalburn Station in the South Island's high country, where Garage Project's spray-free barley is grown. Brewed by the good folks at Garage Project, this is a Refreshing Beer. An uncomplicated, easy-drinking classic ale. You beauty.

Universal Principle fuses hazy double IPA with foeder aged Wild Workshop beer in a beautiful union of sweet and sour, where the elevated aromatics of Mosaic, Peacharine and Comet fuse with cleansing juicy fruit tart flavours. Garage Gold release - Five years in the making. Good things come to those who wait, Hazy IPA loaded with a harvest fresh crop of NZ02, the first variety to come out of Freestyle Farms x Garage Projects' Hapi Research hop breeding program. Luscious layers of passionfruit icing, lychee and strawberry, blended with juicy sun ripened nectarine and peach. Well worth the wait.

It's Maths 101, Garage Project and Green Cheek style. 2+2=5, a massive synergistic mash up of hop and grape aromatics, blending Southern Cross, Idaho 7 and fat stacks of Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin with a huge hit of Phantasm Sauv Blanc powder. The result is a swirl of gooseberry, pineapple, tropical jasmine, Raro fruit and just a touch of what their friends at Green Cheek refer to as the 'Devil's Lettuce'. Home & Away, a series of rebrews bringing some of Garage Project's funniest overseas collaborations back to the Garage. For this release Garage Project brings Ghost Grip, originally brewed with pioneering Beijing craft brewery Jing-A. Crisp dry-hopped pilsner brewed with Phantasm infused Nelson Sauvin and Xiangshui Lemon, Grapefruit and Pink Pomelo oils, it's an explosion of bright citrus and expressive hop aromatics. Bringing home the goodness.
