A juicy blend of Nelson Sauvin and Southern Cross, all picked on the same day at Freestyle hop farm, half of the harvest rushed still 'wet' from the field to the Garage and plunged straight into this beer, the other half quickly dried and added to the fermenter. The result is a beer overflowing with green herbal notes, lush citrus, resinous pine and tropical fruit. Just New Zealand grown hops at their harvest fresh best.

Let your taste buds take a trip. Sichuan Pineapple - ma la spiced pineapple Pilsner, delivering a mind bending blend of spicy chilli, numbing Sichuan Pepper and ripe pineapple. Sweet heat, numbing warmth and juicy fresh cut pineapple aromatics, interwoven in a beautifully crisp, clean golden base. Mind blown.

Get sticky with it. Sticky Icky - Oat Cream IPA. Plumb oats and creamy milk sugar create smooth lush layers of hop saturated haze, loaded with Peacharine, Galaxy, Loral and Sabro, then overlaid with ripe guava. Notes of stone fruit, coconut and tropical fruit cocktail play in a balanced blend of hop and milkshake sweetness. It's sticky time.

Time to chill. Strawberry Frost, Imperial Milkshake Sour, brewed with pink marshmallows, Mosaic, Motueka and new US hop variety Pink, strawberry puree, a double dose of full cream lactose sugar and a subtle twist of gelato terpene. It's a hazy pink tinged blend of creamy sweet and strawberry smoothie sour, with a delicate dank gelato twist. Like citrus sunshine sparkling on a field of pink sugar frosted strawberries.

Ease back. Sunset Sherbet, Imperial Milkshake Sour, brewed with Nelson Sauvin & Peacharine hops, mango, pink guava and golden peach puree, a double dose of full cream lactose sugar and a subtle twist of mango terpene. It's a hazy rose gold blend of a creamy sweet and fruit smoothie sour, with delicate dank tropical top notes. Like watching a pink blushed sour sun set into a hazy golden sea of tropical sweetness.

Surrender to the Void, an outrageously decadent pitch black stout brewed using an enormous, complex malt bill and mounds of debaucherous adjuncts. What's the Void up to now? Goodness, what a lot of cacao nibs and vanilla pods!? Are you sure you need all that? And what's that? Peppermint candy!? ALL the peppermint candy! Oh Void, have you no restraint!

Swifty is named after the Swiftburn stream that flows through Royalburn Station in the South Island's high country, where Garage Project's spray-free barley is grown. Brewed by the good folks at Garage Project, this is a Refreshing Beer. An uncomplicated, easy-drinking classic ale. You beauty.
