East Coast anthem IPA - a big ol' hop poppa of a beer, packing in intense mango, tropical fruit hit from US big guns, Simcoe and Mosaic. It's just bigger and juicier than it's bitter West Coast counterpart, like sippin' hazy hop nectar from a can. It's all good.

The arrival of hops to the brewing scene in England in the 1500s led to a moral panic, hops were described as 'a Wicked, & Pernicious Weed', feared to bring the downfall of civilized society. Thankfully, they were right.

It's a fruit filled, full cream trip in every sip. Pink Milk, strawberry Oat Cream IPA, brewed with a double dose of creamy lactose sugar, strawberry puree, dragonfruit, vanilla and a careful blend of HBC1019, Galaxy, Luminosa and Sabro hops. Absurdly smooth and juicy sweet, balanced with strawberry, bubblegum, coconut and tropical fruit hops. Udderly delicious!

It's beer from back when malt mattered. Rain, Steam & Speed, English style IPA. Ripe juicy Maris Otter and chewy crystal lay down a foundation of rich malt flavour, supporting an assertive load of East Kent Goldings and Slovenian Celeia hops. Notes of toffee and fresh baked biscuits balanced with firm bitterness and floral, earthy citrus aroma. Sometimes you've got to get old skool.

The goat is back and this time he's angry. Raise the Horns, hardcore Doppelbock. More malt, a cold ferment and extended ice conditioning creates a doom metal dark lager beer, rammed full of smooth dark fruit and chocolate intensity and finishing with a delicious touch of alcohol warmth. Let me see you throw those horns!

The real deal. See You at the Crossroads, grapefruit IPA. Bright, crispy clean West Coast IPA, brewed with a mountain of Chinook, Strata, Cascade, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe and spiked with grapefruit terpenes and natural peel extract. It's an unbelievably intense hop hit of fresh citrus, pine resin and pineapple sativa, elevated with mouthwatering juicy grapefruit. Where do I sign?

Who's got the munchies? Steak & Cheese - the king of pies! Cooked up in collaboration with legendary New York brewery Other Half, it's an all kiwi edition of their infamous Munchies range. Double dry hopped hazy IPA, filled to the brim with NZ harvest fresh Motueka, Cascade and Nelson Sauvin hops. It's an unbeatable combination, just like your favourite baked snack. Remember, always blow on the pie.

Surrender to the Void, an irregular series of outrageously decadent pitch black stouts brewed using an enormous, complex malt bill and mounds of debaucherous adjuncts. What's The Void up to this time? Cherry, chocolate and coconut - well that does sound lovely, but don't you think its rather a lot? What do you mean you're only getting started! Oh Void, have you no restraint! Turn off the mind, relax and float down stream.

Swifty is named after the Swiftburn stream that flows through Royalburn Station in the South Island's high country, where Garage Project's spray-free barley is grown. Brewed by the good folks at Garage Project, this is a Refreshing Beer. An uncomplicated, easy-drinking classic ale. You beauty.

Set ones aura alight with this esoteric twist on the East Coast haze craze. Universal Principle fuses hazy double IPA with foeder aged Wild Workshop beer in a beautiful union of sweet and sour, where the elevated aromatics of Mosaic, Peacharine and Comet fuse with cleansing juicy fruit tart flavours. Home & Away, a series of rebrews bringing some of Garage Project's funniest overseas collaborations back to the Garage. For this release Garage Project brings Ghost Grip, originally brewed with pioneering Beijing craft brewery Jing-A. Crisp dry-hopped pilsner brewed with Phantasm infused Nelson Sauvin and Xiangshui Lemon, Grapefruit and Pink Pomelo oils, it's an explosion of bright citrus and expressive hop aromatics. Bringing home the goodness.

Garage Project are getting the band back together. Sydney's wonderkids One Drop team up with the GP for a contemporary West Coast remix of the OG Home, Land & Sea. It's Canterbury malted barley, wheat and a massive 'clean fusion' addition of their favourite hops from across New Zealand, all finished with a touch of Marlborough sea salt. Massive citrus, passionfruit and a hint of sour diesel sativa meld perfectly with subtle salt and clean balanced bitterness. It's home time.
