Hearts Collection is a very rare and limited collection of three 100% pot-still single marque rums that have been hand-selected from Appleton Estate's legendary inventory by Appleton Estate Master Blender, Joy Spence. For the Hearts Collection, Joy pulled ten barrels from the nearly 200,000 barrels ageing in Appleton Estate's warehouses - one of the largest and oldest collections in the world. Hearts Collection is comprised of three vintages that embody the excellence of Appleton Estate: 1994, 1995 and 1999. Each vintage was distilled 26, 25 and 21 years ago, respectively. This limited collection was named Hearts Collection for three reasons: it was crafted in the heart of Jamaica, the pot-still uses the heart of the raw materials, and the heart is a symbol of the passion shared by both Joy and Luca.

Handcrafted Rum made from a custom blend of sugar cane & molasses, distilled through Armada's handmade copper column still & then aged in an ex NZ red wine barrel, in their distillery near the Papamoa coastline for a minimum of 3 years. This rum has developed a rich flavour profile of caramel & honey complimented with an oaky red wine note drawn from the depths of the oak barrel, it rounds out with a very slight whisky finish to keep things interesting. But make no mistake, you'll know you're drinking exceptionally tasty rum.

Inspired by the Bacardí tradition of true-aged rums, this expression has a distinct oak character. Full & moreish it takes ginger, nutmeg and cloves and combines them with freshly baked cinnamon bread. As well as tropical fruit and vanilla flower, there's also a hot brown sugar sweetness of crème brulee moments after meeting the blowtorch.

BACARDÍ Carta Oro is expertly crafted by Maestros de Ron BACARDÍ. Its rich flavours and golden complexion are developed in toasted oak barrels and its mellow character comes from being shaped through a secret blend of charcoals. BACARDÍ Carta Oro features rich vanilla, buttery caramel, toasted almond and sweet banana notes with the warm zest of orange peel and a light tasting, oaky finish.
