Coleraine is New Zealand's most famous red wine, first produced in 1982, this classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc displays the concentration, complexity and elegance found in the world's finest wines. A deep, brilliant crimson with a vibrant purple core, Coleraine '24 opens with an alluring bouquet of fresh roses, cassis, dark cherries and blackberries. Aromas of black cherry, wild strawberry and star anise. The palate is soft and pillowy with a racing-stripe of boysenberry ripple through it. There are dark roses, raspberries, and notes of sandalwood and liquorice.

Aromas of ripe strawberry, raspberry, lavender and nutmeg. Hints of vanilla and smoke float across a palate that's dominated by soft red fruit and silky fine tannins.

This Syrah includes a touch of Viognier, a traditional winemakeing technique in France's Rhone Valley. It introduces a delightful floral aroma and supple texture to Syrah's spicy dark berry flavours.

For TWR's main blend of Pinot Noir they prefer the flavour profiles from the southern side of Marlborough - this sub-region is called the Southern Valleys or Southern Clays. The soil types in this area of Marlborough are much older than the Wairau flood plain, they also have much lower fertility and a much higher clay component which gives the wines more depth and structure.

Te Whare Ra Single Vineyard Syrah exhibits fragrant notes of mulberry, black pepper and violets with some complex savoury notes and hints of coffee and spice. The ripe, supple tannins combine with concentrated flavours of mulberries and omega plums and spice. The palate carries onto more savoury and complex flavours and finishes with a lingering persistence of fruit, fine tannin and well-integrated oak.

High in the hills of Central Otago, the Mysterious Diggings vineyard is drenched in sun and comprised of rocky terraces heavy with native schist, imbuing its Pinot Noir namesake with a fragrant sensuality and a tingling minerality.

Central Otago is home to New Zealand's largest high country sheep stations. The original shepherds who worked these stations have moved on, yet their spirit remains. The Last Shepherd celebrate these men with this Central Otago Pinot Noir. Medium ruby red, exhibiting vibrant dark berry aromas with hints of spice and smoke. The palate is rich and savoury with dark cherry and plum fruit characters with fine supple tannins, hints of pepper and spice and a savoury oak finish.

A bold Hawke's Bay Syrah - Floral aromas such as lilac, violet with lifted dark berry notes appear on the nose. On the palate, flavours of boysenberry and plum with well-integrated oak influence come through. With medium weight on the palate, this wine has a hint of pepper and warm spices, rounded out with a soft and velvety finish. With its delicate flavours, this wine pairs wonderfully with grilled meats and vegetables, particularly lamb and eggplant.
