Selected batches of fruit from premium South Australian Shiraz vineyards are brought together in a well-structured wine displaying attractive berry and spice characters supported by subtle creamy oak and finishing with fine, velvety tannins.

Ripe hand picked fruit, gentle winemaking and maturation in French oak have resulted in a complex and powerful wine. It has a perfumed nose of darks fruits, violets and liquorice with a hint of spice. Ripe berry, plum, cherry and chocolate show on the palate with a long sweet fruit finish. A great example of one of the best Central Otago Pinot Noirs. Drinking fantastically well now and will develop and cellar for several years.

Elegant and inviting aromas of cedar and chocolate combine beautifully with rich, ripe cassis and violets. Sublime tannins give the drinker an insight into the agebility of this wine. Excellent drinking now and it will continue to evolve and delight.
